Our 30-45 minute class is the ultimate high-energy conditioning training combining body weight, rowing-biking-skiing-running, and other simple movements.
FAST: 30-45 minute classes that get you in make you sweat, and get you on to the rest of your day.
FUNCTIONAL: Full-body workouts combine bodyweight, conditioning, and simple movements, all without the barbell or complex lifting movements.
